
We launched VIVE events to help as many people as we can take control of their wellbeing, performance and quality of life.
People come to our events with a range of starting points. Whether they’re tired after a long day at work, doing fine but want something more, loving life or are just curious to see what it’s about.
We bring everyone together to reflect on where each of us are now and where we want to be in the future. We teach breathwork, meditation and visualisation; tools that will train your brain to change how you think, feel and act. It’s a session packed with practical tips and activities that you can start using immediately.
Our most recent event was all about finding your focus. This could be focusing on the small tasks we set ourselves each day. Or it could be about developing focus on our bigger goals and ambitions. Either way, we’re here to help you focus and thrive.
